As a precaution, we have taken the customer portal offline to protect it against two critical security vulnerabilities in PHP.

Es handelt sich um eine vorsorgliche Schutzmaßnahme. Das Portal wird wieder freigegeben, sobald die Sicherheitsupdates eingespielt und geprüft sind.

Was ist passiert?

Das PHP-Projekt hat eine Sicherheitsversion angekündigt, die zwei kritische Schwachstellen behebt (CVE-2026-109618 und CVE-2026-109619, CVSS 9,2). Sie können potenziell ohne Anmeldung zur Ausführung von Schadcode führen und betreffen nach bisherigem Stand alle PHP-Versionen ab PHP 5.

Technische Details sind noch nicht veröffentlicht. Das CERT-EU empfiehlt, betroffene Systeme bis zur Verfügbarkeit eines Patches vom öffentlichen Netz zu trennen. Dieser Empfehlung folgen wir.

Zeitplan

  • 20.10.2026 Ankündigung der Sicherheitsversion durch das PHP-Projekt, vorsorgliche Abschaltung des Portals
  • 21.10.2026, 16:00 Uhr MESZ (14:00 UTC) Geplante Veröffentlichung der korrigierten PHP-Versionen
  • Danach Einspielen und Prüfen der Updates, anschließend Wiederinbetriebnahme des Portals

Während der Abschaltung sind Anmeldung und alle Funktionen des Portals nicht erreichbar. Sie müssen nichts unternehmen. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut.

What happened?

The PHP project has announced a security release fixing two critical vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, CVSS 9.2). They may allow unauthenticated remote code execution and, according to current information, affect all PHP versions from PHP 5 onwards.

No technical details have been published yet. CERT-EU recommends isolating affected systems from public networks until a fix is available. We are following this recommendation.

Timeline

  • 20 October 2026 Security release announced by the PHP project, portal taken offline as a precaution
  • 21 October 2026, 14:00 UTC (16:00 CEST) Scheduled release of the fixed PHP versions
  • Afterwards Installation and verification of the updates, then the portal goes back online
